  1. Didn't new that porn was legal in this forum ;-) You sure know how to build a monster!!

  2. Tried to match the original paint of the calipers as best as possible with a specific VHT paint, pleased with the results :top:

  3. Man with those brakes you can make stoppies .

    Nice one mate!

  4. Perhaps I missed it, but what is the minimum size of rim you've got to use with these puppies?

  5. Dat zijn beste ankers!

  6. how do you measure this? by what kind of rims you use? or has someone did this already?

  7. You need a minimum of 18" wheels. My offset are ET33 Group A fitment.

  8. Oops! Slight mishap the other day and it didn't even leave the driveway  but trailered to a mates bodyshop and sorted within a day. Quick turnaround too, but now back in the garage and left unmolested till April

  9. Ouch, that hurts :nocheer:

    Good paint job

  10. Big update coming, having finally removed my rear beam and sent off to MK Motorsport so Mark can sort my 6 degree rosejointed adjustable beam. No pics as of yet, but here's a few I found that have been made for previous customers. Pure work of art! So far I've the usual cleaning, grinding and undersealing of any section needed under the car ready for the rebuild.

  11. Nice mate.
I'll bet she gives you a very bumpy and firm ride, doesn't she?

  12. Nope, quite pleasant surprisingly. Only bad where speed bumps are concerned.

  13. Nothing much to update as of yet. Spent some time cleaning up and painting the rear brakes on the Mrs. Focus RS, then a spot of extra underseal just in case under the FoCos. Just waiting on the 6 degree beam and its ready to roll :top:

Not much room to work in my garage

Diff cleaned up a bit too....

  14. Did a couple of tidy up bits while I continue to wait for my 6 degree beam, but much needed items I've seemed to overlook over the years.

Got some alloy sheeting and made a heat shield around the brake servo, then painted it with some high temp black. Neat enough. Replaced the old Cossie gear gator with this nice leather one. Then fitted the top Kinsey Motorsport foot plate.

Sorry for state of pics and car, need a right good clean inside and out and the exhaust wrap needs re-doing.

  15. Keep up the good work

  16. Added a bit of extra heat wrap on the exhaust with stainless ties, along with a few other neat touches. Happy with the bay now :)

Finally fitted the wife's RS slam panel and went on to tidy a few bits up. Still need to paint the throttle elbow and flush out the header tank to get rid of the anti-freeze stains. Looks well now.

  17. I could be wrong, but i could imagine you can do a better job regarding the cold air intake?

  18. On what, the Focus RS? I was the first to relocate the induction system on the Focus RS, but that was on my old Focus RS with a custom air2air intercooler system. Unfortunately there's not much you can do on the standard engine of an RS with the battery and chargecooler system in place. It has a K&N cone filter, which is good enough. No problems with intake temps ;)
