Hi, Looks like USB cable. The white one goes into the radio itself. The blue connector has mini usb inside and goes to a interior USB connector (no idea how it should look).
Looks like it is connector number 3. I assume you have one more USB cable, which goes to number 2 and has the usual USB connector for USB devices at the other side. If you don't want two USBs in your car you can connect only one which fits connector number 2 and leave the other cable out. If you need 2 USBs you should connect the whole chain together, I think it is how it is intended to be done.
